1. Intellectual Property & Trademark

All artworks, images, text, Superflower designs, and materials displayed on this website or associated platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of the Artist. Vonflora® is a registered trademark. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, used for AI training, or utilized for any commercial or non‑commercial purpose without the prior written permission of the Artist.

2. Copyright

The Artist retains full copyright to all original works unless explicitly transferred in writing. All Superflower designs are formally registered with the United States Copyright Office (Library of Congress) and are protected under U.S. copyright law. Purchasing an artwork does not grant the buyer reproduction rights, licensing rights, or permission to create derivative works.

3. Use of Images

Images of artworks may not be downloaded, printed, altered, or used for AI training, commercial projects, or promotional materials without written consent. Sharing images online for personal, non commercial purposes is permitted with proper credit to the Artist.

4. Sales & Payments

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. Payment must be received in full before artwork is shipped or delivered.

5. Commissions

Commissioned work is accepted at the Artist’s discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, timelines, and methods vary by location. Most shipping within the United States is offered free of charge, but there may be exceptions due to location. The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Any damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All deliveries of paintings include insurance, signature on delivery and tracking numbers. Please allow up to 5 business days for original artworks to be dispatched from the studio.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of original artwork, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be made at the Artist’s discretion in cases of damage or error. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Full refunds are issued only when the artwork is returned in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact the Artist first.

8. Colors & Display

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen calibration or lighting conditions. The Artist is not responsible for discrepancies between digital images and the physical artwork.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected during purchases or communication will be kept confidential and used solely for order fulfillment or direct communication with the customer.

10. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any goods once they are in the possession of the collector. The Artist does not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for damage caused by mishandling after delivery — including smudged borders, torn fine art prints, or damage to artworks.

In accordance with consumer protections, compensation is provided only when an item arrives damaged due to postal handling or if faulty merchandise was dispatched. All artworks undergo multiple inspections before shipping, and only pristine pieces are packaged for delivery.
